Donnie McGrath

Donnie McGrath earned a Bachelor’s Degree from New York Institute of Technology in 1988. Donnie is a member of the Atlanta HBA, The 50+ Housing Council, NAHB and a frequent speaker at industry events. He has over 30 years of experience in a broad range of product types ranging from affordable / workforce housing communities to custom homes and mix-use and multifamily developments for builders across the country. Eighteen of the 30 years of experience were in the Southern California home market working with more than 30 of the top 100 builders from Builder Magazine’s top 100 list.

Donnie is actively involved in the firm’s development of design as it relates to incorporating Value Engineering product for the home builders, along with working with their trades / consultants on the “Plan Development Procedure” with the goal of cutting cost, NOT value and design. His goal is to create a design process that will capture the “wants” and “needs” of future home buyers.

Donnie has been recognized with numerous regional and national awards, including the Gold Nugget Award for Detached Community of the Year, and in 2007 he was named Homeaid of Atlanta’s Trade Partner of the Year.
